Ok, the run really helped me clear my head. Running is amazing. I am ready for the week, TMH is back, and life is good.... My t-shirt even says so.
Not to say that all those things I just wrote about don't exist, and won't continue to plague me, but it's important to remember the power of perspective. Time to enjoy my Sunday night!
